Insurance and Billing
We currently accept and file claims for over 30 health insurance plans in our region. As a part of our contract with insurance companies requiring co-pays, we are required to collect your co-pay at the time of your visit. If we are not under contract with your plan, we expect full payment at the time of the visit, and we will provide an encounter form for each visit with all information required by insurance carriers. This form, attached to the appropriate claim form, is then forwarded to the carrier by the family. The insurance carrier will reimburse you directly.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. Our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and bank debit cards. It is your responsibility to know the details of your plan, the benefits it provides, and the amount of your co-payment or deductible.
