Refills may be requested by contacting our office at 398-3900 and asking for a nurse.

Please have the following information ready: the patients name and home phone number, the name and strength of the medication, the name and location of the pharmacy, and the prescription number if available.

 

Please give the office 24 to 28 hours to process the request.

For prescriptions of a controlled substance, i.e.: Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall, etc., please allow 48 to 72 hours as these require written prescriptions by the primary physician and have to be picked up at the office and signed for by a parent.
